How To Use:
1. Clean and dry affected area
2. Cut or tear the pouch and remove the cooling patch.
3. Peel off protective plastic film and apply the cooling patch to forehead or other clean skin.
4. In order to speed up the cooling rate, the number of cooling patches can be added on neck, face or other affected area.
