Yes. To purchase from the Promedix E-Store, you must register an online member account. This allows you to manage orders, track shipments, and receive exclusive online promotions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at medix.wellness@aim-net.com.my as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
