Eno is made from fast-acting effervescent fruit salts used as an antacid and reliever of bloatedness due to indigestion. Relief of stomach discomfort and indigestion due to too much hot, spicy or fried foods.

(for adults and children aged 12 and over):1 sachet (4.3g) dissolved in a minimum of a cup of water. Drink as symptoms occur. A second dose may be taken after 2-3 hours. Do not take the second dose less than 2 hours after the first dose. Do not take more than two times a day. Do not take this medicine for more than 14 days. Do not use for children under 12 years old.
